I did no sewing yesterday. It was an overcast, drizzly day, perfect for weeding our gardens. I haven't been good about keeping up with the weeding. We spent the morning weeding the upper and lower gardens. In the afternoon we did our lessons.

I am hoping that today I will finish up the formal dress. I have some errands to run this morning, but hopefully this afternoon I will work on it.

Sew Long for Now!

Wasn't it the most perfect work outside day? Well...I couldn't because I had two A/C repairmen in and out of the house (upstairs in the attic and out around back) for four hours. I tried to do things inside, but it's hard when you have to keep an eye out. But... hopefully it was worth it with the hotter weather arriving in a few days!

Glad you got outside some. Sewing will always be there today.

Such a LIFE you live, Cindi--digging in dirt, raising children, sewing fabric into garments of beauty. I always like coming here... I think that is because I so like YOU.
I send love,
Ann

How lovely! I love to work outside in the morning - it's so much fresher!
