I hadn't realized how long it has been since I last blogged. It's been pretty busy around here lately and I just lost track.

This is an apron I made for the craft shows. I loved the fabric!

And finally...a bag I am happy with. This is the bag I am going with for the craft shows. It is lined and has three inside pockets. I am still thinking about how to secure the flap. I don't want to use velcro. Now, I have two weeks before the first craft show and 4 items made.

Gotta get to work!

Yeah, velcro can be too loud. Have you thought about magnetic closures? Of course that increases the cost per bag...I think the design is really cute, and maybe it doesn't need a closure?

That apron sure is nice as well. Where did you get that fabric? I'm not a coffee drinker, but I sure do like coffee faric.

You've got a busy few weeks ahead of you! I've decided not to do a craft show this year - I don't think I could break even with the outrageous booth rental fee ($125!!!)

Cindi, I love the apron fabric. I am a coffee drinker and find it appealing. I also love the purse. Magnetic closures are good. I have been looking at some really expensive purses and they have actually covered the magnets with the leather. The magnets are fairly strong so they don't have the prong in the center to snap t the other magnet side. Not sure if I am explaining that very well. Point being is that it blends with the leather all around.
