Here is the latest attempt at a new bag design. I quilted three pieces on each side. The stripe fabric has a coordinating stripe to the solid. The bag is 8 inches wide by 9 inches tall. It is lined and has magnetic closures. There are also four pockets on the inside. The bag went together fairly easy, but still is not quite what I was looking for.
I have also been busy with other sewing. I split a design for a lady to use in her smaller hoop. I hemmed three pair of pants, I made new straps for a formal dress, and I cut out another bag.

You've been really busy. Everything looks great. I'm sorry you've been feeling like you're not getting anything accomplished. I know how that is, but just seeing what you put on here I'd say you accomplish alot.
I know what you mean about dreaming. I don't think it's a bad thing. It's normal to want to do things for ourselves...that's what makes it a sacrifice. I used to wish so badly for alone time that I would sit practically paralyzed when I was finally alone. It was too much pressure!
You do so much. Your children are really blessed to have you. Hey, can you shoot me an email sometime and tell me when and where the craft fair will be? I'd love to come see you and your stuff. :)
